I recently had my soakwells installed by soakwells.net.au I had read up on soakwells and thought I knew quite a lot. I had several quotes from cowboys who told me one plastic soakwell per downpipe would suit my needs. Fortunately I didn't go for these options, and discovered later that had I done so I would have been committing an offence had my soakwells ever overflowed onto a neighbours' land. The team at soakwells.net.au knew just about everything there is to know about both soakwells, and the Shire regs that I had to abide by when installing. I have learnt a lot on this project, and could not have been happier with the service I received. Thank you 10/10

With a background in construction and a lack of sleep following the birth of my child recently I was ready to fall out with someone, I have built several houses over the years, and know there are a lot of cowboys on the scene, especially installing soakwells .......... so I was ready for these guys. However, I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism this company showed. Firstly they said they would start work at 6.00 am and would make no noise ..... they did. Secondly they said they would not damage anything on my property, despite the fact a 5 ton excavator was in use all day ..... they didn't. Finally they said they would move all the sand to the front of the block for a small additional charge ..... they did. SUPERB company, I have recommended them to everyone I know. I didn't think companies like this still existed, we get so used to being let down. Not this time. Thank you.

Following the completion of my house build I needed soakwells. I had asked my builder for a price, they had quoted me $ 5200 which I thought was a little expensive. I shopped around and found soakwells.net.au on the internet. I could tell from their website they were a big company, as I am in IT and know there was a lot of work involved in making a slick website, such as theirs. I asked for a quote and received one within 24 hours, that alone took me by surprise as I was expecting to wait a few days. Following a couple of phone calls I decided to proceed. Their quote was significantly lower than the builders, and the work was of the highest standard, easily the best work that was done on my house. Following problems with the roof, problems with the electric, the wrong bath getting delivered etc etc. I feared the worst. I could not have got it more wrong, a superb service and as somebody else has mentioned a very professional company.

soakwells.com.au recently installed my soakwells and pipework. My driveway had already been paved, so I was unsure how they would do the job successfully as the driveway seemed to be blocking one of my downpipes. I needn't have worried as the guys carefully removed several pavers and installed the pipework with great care, I was really impressed with their work ethic. If you are looking for a company to sit drinking tea all day then look elsewhere, if you are looking for hard working knowledgeable tradesmen, then this is that company.
